By using or accessing NanoKhata, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use provided by Instack technologies pvt. ltd. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
NanoKhata is a smart, offline-first digital sales register, credit ledger (khata), and local delivery management tool designed for small merchants, shopkeepers, and independent businesses.
3. Merchant Account & Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and account credentials. You agree to ensure that all business records, transactions, and balances entered into the application are accurate and comply with applicable local laws.
4. Offline Availability & Data Synchronization
NanoKhata is designed to be fully operational without an internet connection. When online connectivity is available, the application may optionally synchronize your data with secure cloud infrastructure for backup purposes.
5. Ownership of Business Data
You retain 100% ownership and copyright over all business records, customer transactions, and data you create within NanoKhata. We claim no intellectual property rights over your ledger entries.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
NanoKhata is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure maximum reliability, precision, and data integrity, Instack technologies pvt. ltd. shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from business decisions or loss of device access.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
